Description

This one actually has a cookie recipe! I make these cookies all the time for holidays and family get togethers, so I was really excited to be able to incorporate it into one of my challenges. I tried to make this look like a recipe card, with the different tabs for ingredients and instructions. I think the slight drop shadow really helped to accentuate that as well. The pictures are stock photos, but all the other information is accurate to the recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter or margarine, softened
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees farenheit
2. COMBINE flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granualted sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a well greased baking sheet.
3. BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for two minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
